When will I receive my refund?Updated a month ago

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible once the item is back with us. Here is the timeline you can expect:

1. Product Inspection (Up to 7 Working Days)

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it must undergo a thorough product inspection.

  • The Process: Our technicians check the unit’s condition, functionality, and ensure all original accessories and filters are included.

  • The Timeline: This quality check can take up to 7 working days from the date the item arrives at our facility.

2. Processing the Refund

As soon as the inspection is successfully completed, we will trigger the refund to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Klarna).

  • You will receive an automated email notification once the refund has been initiated on our end.

3. Bank Processing Time

Please note that once we issue the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Usually 3–5 working days.

  • PayPal: Usually 1–2 working days.

Note: If you haven't seen the funds after 10 working days of receiving your refund confirmation email, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for a status update.
