What should I do if my package arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

We take great care in packaging our air purifiers, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. Please follow these steps to help us resolve the issue quickly:

  1. Inspect the Box: Before opening the unit, check the exterior of the box. If you see significant dents, holes, or moisture, please take photos of the box from multiple angles.

  2. Inspect the Product: Open the box and check the air purifier. If the machine itself is damaged:

    • Stop the setup process immediately.

    • Do not throw away any of the packaging.

  3. Report the Damage: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • Photos of the damaged box and the damaged product as well as the shipping label.

Why 48 hours? We have a limited window to file a claim with our couriers. Reporting it immediately ensures we can help you faster!
