What should I do if my package arrives damaged?Updated a month ago
We take great care in packaging our air purifiers, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. Please follow these steps to help us resolve the issue quickly:
Inspect the Box: Before opening the unit, check the exterior of the box. If you see significant dents, holes, or moisture, please take photos of the box from multiple angles.
Inspect the Product: Open the box and check the air purifier. If the machine itself is damaged:
Stop the setup process immediately.
Do not throw away any of the packaging.
Report the Damage: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
Your Order Number.
Photos of the damaged box and the damaged product as well as the shipping label.
Why 48 hours? We have a limited window to file a claim with our couriers. Reporting it immediately ensures we can help you faster!
