Orders placed before 16:00 today will be shipped today and delivered within 2 working days. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your product will be delivered by Wednesday at the latest.  

We make every effort to deliver your parcel on the promised day and in about 97% of cases we succeed in doing so. However, during busy periods or in the case of a delivery service error, delivery of your parcel may take longer. Unfortunately, we have no way of speeding up or influencing this process. Please check your Track & Trace link for your order's latest delivery status.


My delivery status shows "Delivered," but I haven't received the item. What should I do?

If your delivery status indicates that your item has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with Neighbours: Sometimes, couriers may leave packages with a neighbour if you were not available at the time of delivery.
  2. Look for a Delivery Slip: The courier might have left a slip with instructions on where to collect your package or how to reschedule delivery.
  3. Contact the Courier Service: Reach out to the delivery company using your tracking number for more detailed information about the delivery status.
  4. Contact Us: If you still can't locate your package, please provide us with your order ID and send it to [email protected] . Our team will investigate the issue and ensure you receive your item as soon as possible.


Concern Regarding Delayed and Unchanged Delivery Status

If you have encountered a delay in delivery or if the delivery status of your item remains unchanged for a few working days, we kindly advise you to reach out to the courier company for an update. However, if you do not receive a positive response, please contact us via email at [email protected], providing your order ID, so that our customer service team can escalate this issue.


Concern Regarding Damaged Product

Sometimes, items may be damaged during delivery by the courier. If this unfortunate incident has happened to you, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] and provide the following information immediately:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the damaged box and device

Our customer service team will investigate this issue with the courier company and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.


Concern Regarding Incorrect Item Received

If the item you have received is different from what you ordered, please follow the steps below:

  1. Do not unbox the product.
  2. Take a photo that clearly shows the product box.
  3. Reach out to us via email at [email protected], providing the photo and your order ID.

Our customer service team will investigate the issue and reply to you within 2 working days.
