We want to make the return process as simple as possible. Depending on your preference, we offer two ways to get your Coway unit back to our warehouse:
1. Standard Returns (Free Drop-off)
For all eligible returns within our 30-day window, Coway UK provides a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
* The Process: We will email you a digital label. You simply need to print it, attach it to the original box, and take it to the designated drop-off point (such as a local parcel shop or courier point).
2. Home Collection Requests
If you are unable to visit a drop-off point, a courier collection from your home may be arranged depending on your location and the situation.
Collection Fees: Because home collections incur higher operational costs from the courier, a collection fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. Packing Requirements
Air purifiers are precision instruments. To ensure your return is accepted and your refund is processed without delay, please follow these rules:
Original Packaging: All returns must be sent back in their original box, including the internal polystyrene or cardboard inserts that keep the unit stable.
Safe Transit: Using the original packaging is the only way to ensure the unit arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Liability: If a unit is damaged in transit because it was not packed in its original box, this may affect the total amount of your refund.
