• Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the day you receive the product. Please submit your return request via your account order or email to [email protected]
• Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• Refund Process: We will refund your payment as soon as we check the returned product at our warehouse. However, please be aware that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
