Pairing & Wifi connection issueUpdated a month ago

First, click here to verify that your product has tried to connect to WIFI as per the manual.


Please check if you use 2.4GHz Wifi. Our IoCare App does not comply with 5GHz. 

If everything looks fine, but you're still having issues with pairing, please email our Customer Support Centre with the information below:    

a) Issue description    

b) Order ID. If you purchased the product at Coway's webshop and your login ID is the same as your email address, you don't need to input the Order ID.    

c) Your device's serial number. The serial number is displayed on the label on the back of the product. You can make a note of it or attach a photo.   

d) Video (optional, but it will help us to understand the issue more clearly).

🌟 Tip for UK Router Users (BT, Sky, Virgin): If your phone is connected to 5GHz, the app may fail to find the Airmega. Try the following:

- Temporary Distance: Walk to the furthest room from your router while pairing. This often forces your phone to switch to the 2.4GHz band, which has a longer range.

- Separate Bands: If pairing still fails, you may need to log into your router settings and temporarily disable the 5GHz band until the pairing is complete.
