Air Purifier Fan Speed Doesn't Change at AllUpdated 10 months ago

We often encourage our customers to set their air purifier to AUTO mode or ECO mode, as this allows the purifier to detect air quality automatically and adjust the fan speed effectively. If your air purifier is set to these modes but the fan speed does not change at all, please check the following:

  1. Are you using a humidifier and an air purifier at the same time?
The air purifier's contamination detection sensor may mistake the water particles from the humidifier for dust particles, causing the purifier to operate at high speed for extended periods. We suggest alternating between using the humidifier and the air purifier.

  2. Have you cleaned your dust sensor regularly?
Dust and dirt trapped in the dust sensor may affect the device's sensitivity to detect air quality. Please clean your dust sensor as instructed in the user manual.

  3. Did you adjust the settings of the air purifier?
The fan speed may have been set manually, resulting in a constant fan speed. Please try adjusting the fan speed of the device and set it to AUTO mode as suggested.
