Product Repair Policy ㅣ What if the product is faulty ?Updated a year ago
If you have a problem with your product, first check if it's something you can resolve on your own. Most issues can be resolved with a few simple steps. Please refer to [this link] for troubleshooting tips.
If the issue persists, please contact us via email at [email protected] , providing the following information. You will receive a response from us within 2 working days:
- Product Serial Number: The serial number is located on the back or side of the item and consists of 18 characters, including letters and numbers.
- Order Number
- A video demonstrating the issue
Our Coway service representative will communicate with you via email to resolve the issue. This will allow us to make an initial determination of whether the product is defective, and we will attempt to resolve the issue through dialogue with you.
If the problem is not resolved, we will request the product to be sent to us. You can use the pre-paid label provided by Coway to send the product to our service representative at the designated drop point.
Our service representative will check the product, repair it, and send it back to you. If the product is beyond repair, we will send you a new or refurbished product.
