Particle Sensor and Air Outlet Maintenance | Airmega 300 / 400Updated 10 months ago

Keeping Your Airmega in Top Condition

Maintaining your Airmega's particle sensor is crucial for ensuring the cleanest air quality possible. For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning the sensor every two months. Here's how to do it:

Cleaning the Pollution Sensor

  1. Access the Sensor:

    • Slide the front cover up and pull it out.
    • Pull the sensor cover outward to reveal the sensor.
  2. Clean the Sensor:

    • Gently wipe the sensor dust inlet and dust outlet with a wet and dry cotton swab.
  3. Reassemble:

    • Close the sensor cover.
    • Insert the front cover back in place.

Cleaning the Air Outlet

  1. Access the Air Outlet:

    • Turn the top cover counter-clockwise until the dots align, then lift the cover.
  2. Remove Debris:

    • Remove any dust or objects from the air outlet.
  3. Reassemble:

    • Place the top cover back on the air outlet and rotate it clockwise until the dots align.

Now breathe deeper and enjoy your clean air with your well-maintained Airmega 300 / 400.
