Pre-Filter Maintenance
The Airmega 250 pre-filter is easy to manage. When the indicator turns orange, it’s time to clean the pre-filter. Follow these steps:
- Turn off the product.
- Remove the pre-filter by lightly pulling the front cover and extracting the filter.
- Clean the pre-filter by vacuuming or washing it with water.
- Hang the pre-filter on the front cover for fast and convenient drying. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling.
- Reinstall the dry, clean pre-filter back into the Airmega 250.
- Press the front cover on both sides to seal it.
- Press and hold the pre-filter indicator for 3 seconds to reset.
Max2 Filter Maintenance
The indicator turns orange when the Max2 filter needs to be replaced. Follow these steps:
- Open the front cover of the Airmega 250 completely.
- Remove the pre-filter, then remove the Max2 filter.
- Ensure to remove the plastic packaging from the new Max2 filter before installation.
- Install the new filter with the tag and black side facing you.
- Replace the front cover.
- Press and hold the Max2 indicator for 3 seconds to reset.
