Can I change my order after it’s placed?Updated a month ago

To ensure you receive your Coway air purifier as quickly as possible, our warehouse team begins processing orders almost immediately after they are placed.

Order Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to swap products or add items. If you missed the cancellation window, you will need to follow our return process once the item arrives.

Address or Contact Updates

If you have noticed a mistake in your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team via [email protected] immediately.

Important: Due to high order volumes, our warehouse may pack and dispatch your order faster than our support team can process your request. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made, even if your order status still shows as "unfulfilled" or "processing."

Once Dispatched

No changes can be made once an order has been dispatched. If your order is already in transit and we were unable to update your details in time:

  • Please monitor your tracking link (sent via email).

  • Most couriers allow you to "divert" the package to a local pickup point or a neighbour once the delivery is in progress.


Pro-Tip: To avoid delivery delays, please double-check your shipping address and model selection during the checkout process.
